Hello, I’m Andrew.

I started my career before leaving school at the very young age of 14. During school holidays and Saturdays I would work helping out in my mothers salons.

Growing up in the industry I guess it was inevitable that I too would end up down the hairdressing path. It was meant to be!

After nearly 30 years working as a hairdresser and a salon owner I have seen a lot of changes in the industry and equally a lot of changes in my career.

I have been extremely fortunate to work with some amazing talented people along the way and to have spent 6 years as a brand ambassador and educator traveling around Europe taking part in onstage shows, seminars and educations. This time was invaluable and taught me the importance of continued education and growth in which I continue to implement into my salons and team to this day.

Through the years and the ups and the downs, Im very proud to look back and see just how far Andrew Bayliss Hairdressing has come.

But Im mostly proud of our prominent and renowned reputation which we have gained, not only due to our high standard of hairdressing but also due to our unique close connected salon culture. A business is only as good as the people who work within it. And I count myself extremely lucky to have found and work beside some amazing and talented people.

It’s such a hard thing to achieve, to build a strong united team who share the same values. But with hard work and perseverance, built it we have. And this is what fabricates and provides an extremely happy, friendly and laid back, yet super professional working environment for all our team but most importantly for our beautiful clients.

Our Salons are truly somewhere you want to be clients and team members alike.

Senior Stylist

Hi, I’m Abbie, and I’ve recently joined the Andrew Bayliss team as a Senior Stylist. With over 20 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, I remain as passionate about my work today as ever. I love helping clients look and feel their very best, creating beautiful, confidence-boosting results tailored to each individual.

Known for my bubbly and welcoming personality, I enjoy building genuine relationships with my clients and creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and valued. My aim is always to ensure every client leaves the salon feeling refreshed, confident, and happy with their hair.
Outside of the salon, I’m also a proud mum of two wonderful children who mean the world to me. I’m excited to begin this new chapter with the Andrew Baylis team and look forward to welcoming both new and existing clients into my chair.

Advanced Stylist

Hi, I’m Eve.

I started working here at Andrew Bayliss hairdressing back in 2017 as a Junior apprentice and I fully qualified in 2022 later than expected due to the pandemic. But that didn’t stop me from working hard to achieve my NVQ level 2.

I absolutely love my job and meeting new people. There is no better
feeling than putting a smile on someone’s face and making them feel fantastic. It’s what puts a smile on my face too!

My passion and I’d say my forte is creative and crazy colours….got a crazy colour in mind? …I’d love to do it for you. But I also love cutting just as much. The precision of every section and snip…It’s got to be perfect!

Working here at Andrew Bayliss has helped me so much to become confident, capable and skilled. When I first started I was so shy, quiet and completely unaware of my potential as a person as well as a hairdresser. But with the amazing training and support from Andrew and the rest of the team helped me come out of my shell, grow in confidence and become the person I am today.

I joined Andrew Bayliss hairdressing in February 2026 as a stylist with 4 years of experience.

I am passionate and dedicated committed to helping every client look and feel their best.
With a strong eye for detail and a love for creativity, I enjoy creating styles that suit each person’s individual personality, lifestyle, and confidence. Whether you’re looking for a fresh cut, colour transformation, or a style for a special occasion.

I strive to give you all a professional and friendly experience where you can relax and enjoy being pampered My goal is to make every client leave the chair feeling confident, refreshed, and truly happy with their look.

I’m optimistic and excited to continue my journey at Andrew Bayliss Hairdressing and the opportunities that come with it.

Stylist

Hi, I’m Hayley. I’ve been working at Andrew Bayliss Hairdressing since October 2024, where I’ve continued building my confidence, creativity, and experience within the hair industry. I recently qualified with my Level 2 NVQ in Hairdressing, which has helped me develop strong technical skills while working hands-on in a busy salon environment.

Hairdressing has always been a huge passion of mine. I first started my journey at just 15 years old while I was in high school, and ever since then I’ve been dedicated to learning, improving, and growing as a stylist.

I love keeping up with new trends and techniques, and I’m always looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge and perfect my craft.

Trainee Stylist

Hi I’m Seren, an apprentice at Andrew Bayliss Hairdressing .

My interest for hairdressing started as a child with my sister being a hairdresser while i was growing up, its always been a core interest of mine and experimenting new looks with my own hair has really taught me how much you can express yourself through it.

I’m currently building my early skills and knowledge about hair as I’m eager to grow as a stylist while providing a welcoming, positive experience for every client i meet.

Whether I’m assisting a stylist or learning the latest styling techniques, I put attention into everything I do. I can’t wait to continue developing my craft and meet you all!
