Gift Cards

• Full or Partial Payment
  Gift cards can be used to pay for salon services in full or as part of a larger amount.
  
  

• No Cash Change
  Any remaining balance on a gift card cannot be converted to cash.
  
  

• Partial Use
  If a purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another method.
  
  

• No Returns or Refunds
  Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned, except at management’s discretion under certain circumstances.
  
  

• Lost or Stolen Cards
  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. These will not be replaced.
  
  

• Expiry Dates
  Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  
  

• No Credit Card Payment
  Gift cards are not credit, debit, or charge cards and cannot be used to pay credit balances.
  
  

• Right to Decline or Withdraw
  We reserve the right to decline or withdraw a gift card and to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  
  

• Prohibited Use
  Gift cards can only be used for salon services. Retail or take-home products are excluded.
  
  

• No Liability for Unauthorized Use
  We are not liable for loss, theft, destruction, or unauthorized use of a gift card.
  
  

• Amendment of Terms
  The issuer may amend these terms and conditions at any time.
